My kid’s flunking science!

Apparently, a lot of kids, mine included came home with less-than-awesome science assessment grades this week. Now, we all know our kid is the smartest kid ever so how can this be?! Well, in an email received today from Central School’s Sandra Nestor she explains that, “This year is the first year we are implementing the district’s new Science program, and there are obviously kinks that need to be worked out.”
She continues to reassure that these will not be the sole thing our children’s science grades will reflect.
I have to admit I was a bit nervous when I had my daughter stick it in my face yelling “Sign it!” This email helped a lot. Did you guys see the assessment? What did you think?
